PyCon Ukraine, October 23-24, Kyiv

Hi.

We'd like to announce PyCon Ukraine which will take place in Kyiv,
Ukraine at the October 23-24.

We are planning to have such activities: Talks and tutorials, master-
classes, lightning talks and open-space activity. Also we are thinking
about organizing the sprint.
