ANN: CherryPy 3.0 RC1

I'm happy to announce the first release candidate for CherryPy 3.0.  Here
are a few highlights since the beta2 release:

  * The InternalRedirect mechanism was reworked entirely

  * Numerous bug fixes and enhancements.
