Retic EAI Server 0.1 released

Retic is a free EAI Server written in Python. It permits to build adaptors 
(data flows) with three types of components : sources, pipes and sinks. It 
was widely inspired by OpenAdaptor.

The 0.1 release has the following components available :

Sources : File, FTP, HTTP, SQL
Pipes : toXML (flat to XML) , XSLT
Sinks : File, FTP, SQL, SMTP
