ht2html project at SourceForge

To maintain www.python.org, we use a web page templating system called
`ht2html', which transforms .ht template files into .html files.
While the generated html pages are fairly stylized, there is some
degree of flexibility in customizing the style for other sites.
E.g. www.list.org, www.jython.org, tmda.sf.net, barry.wooz.org.

There's been enough interest in the software for me to finally create
a SourceForge project for it.  Please visit
