Not to mention the specter of landscape printing!  Normal sized letters
means legal sized paper for those unlucky souls with narrow format
printers and no access to wacky US paper sizes.

(legal sized = 21.5 x 35.5 cm - a B4 with 3 cm trimmed off the side and
one tacked on the bottom.)
