[pytest-dev] Do we have a place to introduce new plugins.

In addition to this mailinglist, there's a GitHub Discussions forum:
https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest/discussions

There's a "show and tell" category there, which IMHO would be a good
place for new plugin announcements as well.
