[pytest-dev] pytest 4.6.5 released!

pytest 4.6.5 has just been released to PyPI.

The 4.6.X series is the last pytest series that still support Python 2.7
and 3.4, containing bug-fixes ported from the master branch.

  pip install --upgrade pytest
