[pytest-dev] pytest-twisted needs a new maintainer

Thank you all for the warm welcome!

In Github, even though I'm a member of the pytest-dev organization, I
don't have permission to transfer ownership of the pytest-twisted
repo.

I can transfer it to one of the admins, who can then transfer it on to
the organization.
