  Using some pytest_option settings as described in http://codespeak.net/py/dist/test/plugin/xdist.html#specifying-test-exec-environments-in-a-conftest-py

results in a py._plugin.pytest_helpconfig.PluginValidationError: being raised with a "found unknown hook: pytest_option_tx" message.
