Hi,

We're using the tox 1.8 prerelease to take advantage of generative environments, in order to for instance test our apps on py26 and py27 x django16 and django17

However, due to django17 not being supported on py26, we've had to resort to changing 'commands' for that environment to true so that it succeeds.

Would it be possible to exclude some combinations from being considered in a cleaner way?
