In docs in description of method monkeypatch.setattr (http://pytest.org/latest/monkeypatch.html#_pytest.monkeypatch.monkeypatch.setattr) value arg looks like
value=<object object at 0x30ef590>, because of its default value is notset == object().

Not sure is it possible to customize in auto-generated docs, but it looks odd
