New issue 2931: PyPy3.5 Stable Unable to Install -SystemError: unexpected internal exception
https://bitbucket.org/pypy/pypy/issues/2931/pypy35-stable-unable-to-install

Michael Peacock:

Using PyPy3.5 Stable
pip        18.1
setuptools 40.6.3
Windows 10  Build 17134 (1803)

Unable to install some packages, feel like I've tried everything and can't seem to find anything on the problem I'm getting, Quick bug query to the Cryptography Github told me it looked like a PyPy issue and best to open an issue here.

Tested packages: Bcrypt, Cryptography
```
C:\Users\Michael>pip install cryptography
