New issue 2574: Dropping support for Ubuntu 12.04 (Precise), build against Ubuntu 14.04?

Samuel Villamonte:

It was reported at the pyenv issue tracker that the PyPy3 binary as of version 5.7.1 no longer works because of the minimum libc version required by libbz2 is greater than the one bundled in 12.04:

https://github.com/pyenv/pyenv/pull/932#issuecomment-307567916

And given that Ubuntu 12.04 is considered EOL since April of this year

https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-announce/2017-March/000218.html

and the 64-bit binaries seem to work (at least for me) under Ubuntu 16.04, I was wondering if you'd consider dropping support for Ubuntu 12.04 and build against 14.04 instead.
