[pypy-issue] [issue1751] --jit-backend=x86-without-sse2 is broken

Should we fix this or delete the option "--jit-backend=x86-without-sse2"? 
Without a buildbot we're bound to regularly reintroduce failures.  Is there
really a use case left?  Non-SSE2 CPUs are at least ten years old by now.
