[pypy-issue] [issue1644] FreeBSD: test_multiprocessing hangs

The test

lib-python/2.7/test/test_multiprocessing.py

seems to hang the FreeBSD 9.2 buildslave.

I'd like to make the test fail _visibly_ for now, and postpone the actual
analysis and fix. It might be tricky. And the default timeout on tests of 1h is
a bit long.

So I'll supply a PR for raising in lib-python/2.7/test/test_multiprocessing.py
when on FreeBSD.
