[pypy-issue] [issue1379] Certain packages are missing from pkgutil.iter_modules()

As you suggest, this issue is admittedly minor. I figured I'd point out the
inconsistency with CPython in case anyone relied on the list of packages in
pkgutils being more consistent with CPython. 

That being said, I am unsure of how other implementations of python tackle this;
it is very possible that they are the same or worse.

Feel free to wontfix if changing the behavior of these modules would be unwieldy.
