[pypy-issue] [issue1653] performance regressions in benchmarks

Some of the benchmarks have had regressions that don't seem to have been 
investigated.

Go seems the most troubling, both the jump in beginning of July and recent 
noise. Raytrace also starts exhibiting noise around the same time.
