How?  If you have a precise step-by-step guide of how to build a Linux binary
using some older dependencies than the ones that happen to be installed on the
system, and if this guide is not too long and complicated, we could try. 
Otherwise, sorry, we do our best for Linux binaries but keep hitting these
issues all the time (we just fixed the one with openssl).
