[pypy-issue] [issue1018] ones(shape, 'int') and zeros(shape, 'int') doesn't work

I had committed similar issue with 'int16', it was fixed, but this 'int' without
number still buggy. I would reopened old ticket instead but I haven't found it
(maybe I used mail list that time instead)
