[pypy-issue] [issue752] Support for dtypes in numpy-exp branches' micronumpy

Hi,

I ported the older micronumpy dtype stuff to the numpy-exp branch.  At the 
moment, all tests pass (and pypy is buildable) except for a problem with the 
fake space in test_zjit.py.

A diff against 44238:dd3bcd84b145 is attached.

Posting here as suggest on IRC (and because I don't have commit privs).
