New submission from Ram Rachum <cool-rr at cool-rr.com>:

Someone please tag this to the 1.5 release, it doesn't exist yet.

I downloaded Pypy1.5 to my Windows machine. I noticed it needs msvcr100.dll, so
I copied it to its folder. Now Pypy works when launched directly from folder,
but when I made a symlink to it from a different folder, and tried to launch it,
it gives a Windows error dialog saying that msvcr100.dll is missing.
