Hi Laura, all,

I know many of you don't know me (however, I was surprised to see my
full name in the last PyPy PyCon talk I was at; I figured ya'll would
have ditched my parser by then), but I've been working on Python
language evolution and extensibility as well. Language implementation
and features don't usually fly so well at PyCon (though, they seem to
love hosting simple parser generator talks, oddly enough). Perhaps we
can grab some open space for a BoF, where we can team up to provide
back to back language implementation talks (mine didn't make it in
either) and possibly sync up.

I'm currently local to Chicago, so I'm pretty sure I can be around to
help make this happen. If anyone is interested, here are some slides
from a talk I gave at the University of Chicago on 11/17:

Regards (and sympathies),
-Jon
