Log:
A branch in which to try to improve the reporting of fatal RPython
errors.  This concerns mostly the situation in which we get the message
"Fatal RPython error: SomeExceptionClass", but might also concern the
failing RPyAsserts or "NULL ptr or bad array index" errors (handled
differently).
