the directory to contain "everything related" to translating
pypy-RPython-code to low-level languages. 

The translator is supposed to work on the output of 
the upcoming "FlowObjSpace". 

the translator directory will probably also contain what
was formerly in AnnObjSpace because that functionality 
will also operate on output from FlowObjSpace.
