We usually look for a particular proposal ("I would like to edit Foo
because Bar") to get started.  Did you have something in mind that needs
editing that you think you could improve? (there's lots that needs work,
that's not the point: usually, though, unless there's something
motivating a particular editor not much tends to happen).
