[pycon-za] PyConZA 2013 status update

We've been mainly hashing stuff out on irc (#pyconza on freenode) and
forgetting about this list, but the current state of play is:

a) The 2013 website is now live.

b) Simon has secured a venue (Belmont Square)

c) I've started spending out the call for speakers

d) We're planning to handle registration entirely via quicket this
year, as it makes thigns somewhat simpler - that's still in progress
