[PyCon-feedback] Shirt Color

My guess is it will be...polarizing.  I could be wrong, I know something 
like color preference is very subjective.

Maybe if you get a lot of negative feedback, color could be voted on 
next year.  Maybe it already was and I just don't know about it in which 
case I'm wasting our time.  :)

Regardless, I'm happy to be here.  Thanks for all the work you all put 
into making it happen.
