[PSF-Community] Introductions

Howdy,

I'm Matt Rasband currently residing in Salt Lake City, Utah.  I'm a full
stack developer at a small startup and regretfully don't use Python at work
on the day-to-day (we use Rails... :().  Though I use Python for most side
projects, scripts, and scientific research with high altitude balloons with
my non profit Edge Research Lab.  Been at Python pretty seriously for the
past few years.

Excited to be involved in the community more formally!
