[portland] Job Board/Postings

Thanks for the great feedback everyone, and I'm excited to hear there
are already people working on a new pdxpython site!

I'll let my friend know this is a valid place to post contracting
gigs, but I do hope the pdxpython is able to leverage some of the
already great resources mentioned in this thread for gigs/mentoring.
The more that communities like ours link to those resources the easier
they will be to find by all!
