This patch removes the isCallable() and
sequenceIncludes() functions from the operator module.
These functions have been deprecated since Python 2.0.
This patch is against r47214.

Please don't actually remove them until after 2.6 is out; the use of the
functions should actually warn (with DeprecationWarning) for at least a
release, and they don't warn currently.
