Summary: popen2 new parameter and setpgid

Initial Comment:
This patch adds a new parameter to the popen2 library
functions: a dictionary called options. This provides a
way to add options to the calls and avoiding
compatibility issues as in missing parameters etc.
I have implemented an option called "pgid" which sets
the process group ID of the spawned process.
I really would like to move bufsize and mode to this
dictionary too, but this would give backward
compatibility problems.
