Summary: Macintosh documentation patches
Initial Comment:
Fred,
you won't believe this, but I actually went through the Mac documentation! :-)
Attached is a patch. I haven't checked it in myself (although I can finally make the documentation with latex) as the exact usage of the gazillion latex macros is still pretty opaque to me, so I've probably done lots of things wrong.

Neil, what do you mean? I checked the mods in yesterday around 09:58 (sourceforge time:-). Or do you mean something else? Or did you mean I forgot to close the request (as I just now notice:-)?

Platform notes like "MacPython-OS9 only." should be spelled
"Availability: MacPython-OS9." at the end of the description
they modify, rather than at the beginning. This matches
similar notes in the main library reference.
I will probably be removing the \pytype macro; it doesn't
really make much sense any more (and was rarely used
anyway); you should always use \class now.
Optional arguments which are not the first arg of a function
or method should include the comma which *precedes* them
included within their \optional:
arg1\optional{, arg2\optional{, arg3}}
Weird, but we're hitting limitations in my ability to munge
things in LaTeX here. ;-(
Go ahead and check-in after you've made these changes; at
that point it'll be easier to work from CVS.
Thanks for taking the time to update the docs!

There's no uploaded file! You have to check the
checkbox labeled "Check to Upload & Attach File"
when you upload a file.
Please try again.
(This is a SourceForge annoyance that we can do
nothing about. :-( )
