Summary: Spurious Install Warning

Initial Comment:
During installation setup.py install is generating a
warning that the lib-dynload directory is not in
sys.path. While that is true for the instance of Python
doing the installation, the installed Python will have
the correct path. Suppress the warning during
installation.
