We are a medical billing service in need of a "front-end" web-based application for the following:

For our provider customers:

  *   Gather from these providers their daily or weekly session data
  *   Provide them with management reports
  *   Review patient accounts
  *   Submit documents

For patients of our provider customers


  *   Registration form
  *   Current statement

The actual billing is done in a separate "backend" proprietary application.  I am the developer of that application.  Both applications will share data on SQL Server

We are looking for a Python programmer to develop a front-end application within the next 4 months.  This initial application would have basic functionality - to address immediate needs.  Our hope would be to have a long-term business relationship with the programmer - in order to grow the application into something very powerful.
