[omaha] For Python beginners

Generally what I've suggested are codeacademy, python the hard way, youtube
tutorials from pycon, or the book "Beginning Python - From Novice To
Professional.

For projects I recommend project Euler and 100 projects on github.

I haven't really seen anyone in the workforce ask for certification for
data jobs asking for python. Sometimes they will ask for a sample project
you did or complete some really basic data project in 48 hours.
