[omaha] FYI: Python Notebooks with Big Data and Apache Spark

I'm very happy with Edx's BerkeleyX: CS100.1x Introduction to Big Data with
Apache Spark, so far.   This is my first evening with it.

The first hands on exercise is starting a virtual machine with vagrant and
interacting with a python notebook via  a web browser.
