[omaha] Local member gets listed in the Python Package Index (cheese shop)

I was intrigued by the subject but disappointed when it was just me.

Its been listed in PyPI for a while. I updated it after following my
own install instructions of using "easy_install sipie" and it didn't
work because the version on PyPI was way behind the svn version.
