I didn't list openwatcom in the Fortran section because it doesn't do
64-bit - as far as I can see:

That's a real killer, because it seems that about 90 percent of
Windows users are on 64-bit systems, and I suppose some large
proportion of those will download the Python 64-bit installer and then
wonder why we don't support it for numpy.
