[Numpy-discussion] Brooken Toolchain (Mac 10.6)

I don't have that directory on my machine, so I'm trying to track down my
OSX 10.4 install disc to see if I can reinstall it.  Thanks for the
suggestion; I'll let you know tomorrow what happens.
