Oh, you should forget about 1.2.1 for windows x64.  A lot of fixes
have been applied since then, and in any case, I won't try to fix
1.2.1 build problems. You should definitely use svn if you care about
windows x64 - I hope 1.3.0 will be fully supported on that platform.
