[Numpy-discussion] New web site for the F2PY. tool

Hi,

I have created a new web site for the F2PY tool:

   http://www.f2py.org

that will be used to collect F2PY related information.
At the moment, the site contains minimal information but
hopefully this will improve in future.
One can add content to the f2py.org site after registration
(see Register in the Login page).
