Very useful!  A file cache would be handy, and can be implemented
using the checksum of the page from

Is the goal to eventually merge these docs into numpy, or to keep them
separate it can easily be updated by anyone?  I'm somewhat
apprehensive of having code in numpy that displays uncensored
information directly from the wiki.
