[Numpy-discussion] Numeric web page

Enthought has agreed to host the Numeric home page and will make
the necessary changes to the content.

On the other front, when I reviewed the current numarray home page,
it seemed pretty much fine as is. It could stand some updating, and
more detail on our development plans, but it didn't appear
misleading to me. If anyone disagrees let me know what wording you
consider improper or incorrect.
