Sidebar bug on python welcoming page for version 3.9.2. Two-arrow  span on sidebar (span that has fixed position) is going off the sidebar if I scroll all the way down and then I inspect the page. After inspecting (opening dev tools) it appears there is a litle bit more room to scrool down and span(litle two arrows) goes off the page.
