[Neuroimaging] [nipype] Problems with SGEGraph plugin

Hi All,
I hope someone has seen this before. I have a workflow that works fine on a
single computer. However when I submit to the cluster all jobs fail:

$ cat
working_dir_sge/2tensor/batch/batchscript_pyscript_20170614_144402_2tensor_selectFiles.sh.e
Could not find platform independent libraries <prefix>
Could not find platform dependent libraries <exec_prefix>
Consider setting $PYTHONHOME to <prefix>[:<exec_prefix>]
Fatal Python error: Py_Initialize: Unable to get the locale encoding
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'encodings'

python / nipype etc. is setup in a virtualenv which has been made
relocatable.
