[Neuroimaging] nipy organization on dockerhub

hi folks,

i was trying to create a nipy organization on dockerhub and was wondering
if someone had already created one.

if no one has created a nipy organization on dockerhub, then i'll write to
them to see if we can get that organization name.

if someone has created one, could you please create a team and add me to it?
