[Neuroimaging] New nilearn release

Dear neuroimagers,

We have just released a new version (0.2.5) of nilearn: machine learning
for neuroimaging. http://nilearn.github.io/

This is an incremental release. The highlights are more didactic docs and
examples, as well as hemispheric plotting for glass brain and
connectomes, visible at the bottom of the following examples:
