Hi All,

Today, in the meeting which started at 19:30 IST, we discussed further
action points for PyDelhiConf 2023


1.       Food vendor to be tested for quality, combination of menu items
and alteration of menu, to take quote for 150 people – Satyakaam, Ishaan
and Rishabh

2.       Tickets to be announced by Satyakaam by tomorrow

3.       CFP to be extended for 2 weeks or 15 days at the end of the
current deadline – Akshay

4.       Announcement for dates and venue for PyDelhi Conference – Ishaan,
Daksh, Animesh

5.       Create t-shirt design – Daksh and design team

6.       Create sheet for action items and deadlines - Animesh
