Here it goes. Abstract: Building a web application which can crowdsource videos/photos of people breaking traffic law (to begin with) Description: Many a time we see folks break traffic law among us and given the small ratio of enforcer of law compared to the civilians it's difficult to make sure it's been followed. A crowdsourced platform would help people understand how often we break a traffic law keeping it in the public domain. Any person can pull their camera to submit video/photo on the platform. Before making the video/photo public a moderation step is required to filter them through COC guidelines like profanity check. The landing page can be as simple as a recent project thispersondoesnotexist.com where whenever a person opens the website, they will be shown a photo/video and just like a social media poll they can be asked to vote on whether this seems like a traffic violation or not. This process can further be automated using AI once we have enough data for the training. Tech Specs: We have all the freedom we can get in this open source world! Thank you for taking the time discussing this idea. Please feel free to discuss further and improve it. We can start with creating this project under PyDelhi's Github. We have been toying with the idea of having a proper organised curriculum of sorts, instead of the ad-hoc way of; we will teach what ever we can based on the availability of mentors way that we have been running PyDelhi thill now. Of course it's all a discussion till we are able to get a proper curriculum out, this is just the first step towards making that a possibility. Hopefully we can do more MOU's with organisations that are willing to provide these resources. > >> - >> >> ? Skill Development Programs >> >> Same questions as above > >> >> - >> >> ? This is intentionally vague as of now with no specific Give and Take mentioned yet. As that is something we could work on if the community feels this is moving towards a fruitful relation ship towards this organisation. The basic idea with this MOU was to keep collaborating further and explore on furthering this if it does work out profitable for PyDelhi and for them.
