[PyDelhi] venue for pydelhi meetup at CIC

The python user group of Delhi (aka PyDelhi) meets up every alternate
saturday with the aim of socialising and spreading the love of Python.

Could CIC host us for the meetup on 17 September:

Requirements:
 - room to seat 50 - 60 people.
 - projector.
 - internet availability.
